A warm welcome awaits you at Enterkine Country House. Recently beautifully refurbished in contemporary style, we offer affordable luxury with delightful dining, picturesque views over the River Ayr and friendly ambience. The House was built in the late 1930’s to the highest specification by Mr William S Houston, a Scot, who returned from Canada with a design for a house quite new to this country.
As you would expect from a classic country house, Enterkine belongs to its guests and it is very much their home for the duration of their stay. Guests arrive at Enterkine are inevitably drawn to the River View Restaurant with its log fire in the winter months. During the summer months we have outside seating in our lovely gardens for Drinks, Morning Coffee and Afternoon Tea.
Enterkine House has had a lot of change with new ownership and staff changes. The one constant is Fiona who was promoted to General Manager last year.
